West Side Garage is my go to for my routine oil changes. They are thorough and the price is great! The waiting room is welcoming and comfortable. It is always clean and offers at work station, tv., and local newspapers. I bought my 2020 Equinox from West Side Garage and have been very pleased with their communication, depth of knowledge, and affordability! Every employee in the sales and service is friendly. It has a small town appeal and a hidden gem in Berlin, WI.

WESTSIDE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST IN SEVICE THE PEOPLE WORKING ARE IN ONE WORD FANTASTIC. WORKING WITH DIANE ON PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE WAS SO EASY. SHE IS AN AMAZING PERSON TO WORK WITH. ALWAYS DOING EVERYTHING SHE CAN TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER.THE SERVICE MANAGER AND WORKER'S ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THE SERVICE MANAGER EVEN CAME THROUGH AND SAID A FEW WORDS WHEN WE WERE FILLING OUT OUR PAPER'S.THAT'S CARING FOR THE CUSTOMER. THE SMALL TOWN DEALERSHIPS ARE SO MUCH LIKE FAMILY COMPARED TO YOUR BIG DEALERSHIPS WHO REALLY DON'T CARE IF THEY MAKE A DEAL OR NOT. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH WEST SIDE.

Hands down the best experience as 6 months prior at a different dealership and up until this purchase it’s been nothing but a headache. The staff here are elite and very real and down to earth they don’t make you feel like a transaction. Diane is top notch and my wife and I will purchase from her/them again.
